POLICY CATALOG
The positions below are the Altruist Party's own reasoning about what system alignment looks like in each domain. They are offered as arguments, not commands. Under the AP's process, what citizens decide is up to citizens. These positions are presented openly so they can be examined, challenged, improved, accepted, or rejected by the public.
Tier 0 — The Foundation
What may never be done, how everything that is done must be kept honest, and how that boundary and that method hold when the decision-maker is not a person at all. Every other position operates inside these three.
